Hi One and All,

I was just wondering if anyone had any experience in using the ESMT tool, looking to understand the workflow from a client wanting to order a piece of software, knowing when they had the entitlement and also how this integrates with Passport Advantage

Hi Matt - Iā€™m interested to understand why your client is considering to use the ESMT tool, which essentially a self-declaration of usage tool to IBM. Perhaps this is part of their Active Use reporting obligations?

The workflow is very manual I am afraid, but do DM me if you are interested to know more.
